Assorti Lifestyle
Lifestyle Manager
For standard requests, our Lifestyle Manager will provide a verbal time estimate to you. This time will be billable to you and 50% must be paid upfront using one of our accepted payment options (see below). For more complicated or unusual requests such as home renovations, we will provide you with a written quote to ensure you will not be overcharged.
Depending on your request, our Lifestyle Managers and the Lifestyle Team will either perform the service themselves or provide a supplier to do it for you. For those services that need to be outsourced, ie. Home maintenance, car servicing, house renovations, etc, the hourly rate will cover the time spent by our Team and the client will pay for the cost of the service.
Initial consultation: $80
Additional Hours: $50 per hour (during business hours)
Half-Day: $160 (4 hours)
Full-Day: $300 (8 hours)

Concierge Referral Service
If you have a one-off request that requires our Lifestyle Manager to book a service, ie. booking a hotel room, you will be charged a one-off fee for every request.
Request Fee: $35
Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cheque, cash or direct deposit.
Assorti Account
We recommend that Assorti Members and regular customers establish an account with Assorti Lifestyle and retain a minimum amount of $300 credit in their account. This account will be used to pay for all services and fees.
Credit Card
Assorti recommends that customers provide us with credit card details. We will keep your credit card number on file and we will charge your account on your authorisation. Using your credit card details, our Lifestyle Manager will pay for any services or products requested and arrange for the cost to be deducted from your account (including Assorti fees). A Tax Invoice and all receipts (or copies of) will be provided to you for your records.
If you do not wish Assorti to keep your credit card details on file, you will be asked to provide a deposit by credit card at the time of request. This deposit will include a 50% deposit on the time estimated by our Lifestyle Manager plus an estimate of the costs of services or products requested. A Tax Invoice will be provided and full payment of outstanding monies will be required within 14 days.
Assorti will never charge a customer without their authorization and guarantees security of credit card details.
